Hey there,

We started FUEL Ministries in 2005 at a church in Southern California where we witnessed God change hundreds of men’s lives through this same FUEL study. FUEL stands for Focused Upon Eternal Living. FUEL Ministries exists to reach men that are caught in the bondage of habitual sin and long to be set free. We are here to encourage, equip and empower men to be all that God has called us to be and Focus Upon Eternal Living.

We are now serving thousands of men through our online FUEL Study. If you or someone you know is trapped in bad habits, persistent bad choices, and deep rooted issues, freedom is not only possible but promised.

What I discovered was the very Bible that I had read and believed had the power to change lives began to become relevant, and inspired in ways that allowed me to hear God’s voice again. The Bible became my blueprint and when I read it and applied the truths and principles to my life it started having effective results. The further along I came I was having more strength and renewed energy with those former temptations and distractions. And my appetite for living for God began to dominate my life.

I would challenge you to not only read the Bible scriptures in the 40 days study with us, but apply them to your life. I can promise you, well actually, God has already promised to change your whole life. The life you have been waiting for. The life that God designed for you to live. One of purpose, joy and excitement.

Why the FUEL Study Program?

My name is Chuck Stein, and I struggled with habitual drinking for the majority of my adult life. I had attempted for years to control or modify my alcohol intake only to fail to the point where it was destroying my relationship with my family and my Creator. I began to search for a program to help me with my struggle that didn't attach a label, or attempt to define who I was. I learned through the FUEL Ministry that my battle was a spiritual one. Through the FUEL Ministry the focus was on my relationship with Christ and what God's word had to say about sin. “Why did God give me this issue?”

The Lord is not the one who give us the struggles of the flesh, rather it’s a product of a broken world and the cause of sin. It was never meant to be this way, God wanted us to live with Him but we also had a choice whether we wanted to be apart of His plan. Obviously it didn’t work out…

The reality is you have a choice: to either try living on the straight and narrow by yourself or end up handing the struggle over to God. Who do you think is more capable of helping free you from bondage, you or the all mighty God?

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
1 Corinthians 10:13

I’ve tried other programs, how will I ever overcome these struggles?

Yes! You can, and you will. If you focus on overcoming your struggles by your own effort then you will fail, sorry only when you rely on the Lord through faith (believing and knowing) with a renewed mind and changed heart only then you can see transformation from the inside out…

We are confident you will find the strength to endure the daily temptations following our 40 Day Study. The truth is friend, your soul and body are at war with themselves. You must continually feed your soul with the right things, much like you have to eat good foods to stay healthy. In order to see an entire transformation, you must be willing to feed your soul with the right things and be willing to deprive it of the wrong things.

More so, these changes have eternal implications and more important than the temporal momentary satisfactions? We hope you realize how important this pursuit is”¦

What’s the difference between your program and others?

Our entire program is Biblically Based focused on scripture. We’re following God’s blueprint, not man’s 12 Step Program. You might ask why we don’t believe in a common 12 step program… well it’s simple: Why would we want to conform to human understanding when the truth is we need divine intervention, something not of this world?

You can’t achieve freedom on human will alone, only through divine intervention. Our 40 Day Study seeks to restore the relationship with Christ where He can begin to change your heart and bring lightness to darkness (2 Corinthians 4:6).

…to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

How will I know the program is working?

It’s simple friend, your thoughts and actions will change. If you seek the Lord with all your heart and all your soul you will see the fruits that are from Him: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it””not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it””they will be blessed in what they do.

Are my answers and progress made public where they can be seen by other members?

Great question! Your privacy matters to us. Please note that we run dozens of programs simultaneously and depending on when you sign-up, you might have a different program mentor supervising the progress of those members. Our FUEL Mentors won’t share, post, or engage with you unless you otherwise request to have a mentor join you in your journey. Your privacy and anonymity matters to us.
